According to the PlayStation Blogcast, ICO and Shadow of The Colossus are due to hit the PlayStation Network for $19.99 each, tomorrow. Unlike the HD remakes ($39.99), they will be sold separate from one another.
In addition to the disadvantage of only getting a digital copy of these remarkable games, there was no confirmation whether or not it will be the HD version.

Buying each one as a PlayStation 2 game for the same price as the HD physical copy definitely doesn't seem worth it. The only thing better than going out and buying some great games for a cheap price, is doing it all from the comfort of your home.
Let’s just hope Sony is smart enough to release the HD collection instead of the PS2 version.
